New Video for CFS Designer™ Software

A new video provides an introduction to Simpson Strong-Tie® CFS Designer™ software. CFS Designer gives cold-formed steel (CFS) Designers the ability to design CFS beam-column members according to AISI specifications and to analyze complex beam loading and span conditions. It replaces LGBEAMER™ and automates product selection and complicated design provisions of AISI.

The video includes a brief overview of the software's ability to provide users with design, analysis and product selection tools for cold-formed steel structures. Click here to view the video, or go here to get started with CFS Designer software.

ART App

Introducing the Anchor Reference Tool App

The new Simpson Strong-Tie® Anchor Reference Tool is an easy-to-use web application that identifies comparable Simpson Strong-Tie solutions to specified mechanical or adhesive anchor products by product name or code listing. It allows users to determine which Simpson Strong-Tie mechanical or adhesive products are similar to a specified product by choosing options from simple drop-down menus. Once the user inputs their options, the Anchor Reference Tool suggests the products similar in type, application or code listing.

To use the Anchor Reference Tool, go to strongtie.com/art.
