Save Time with New Adhesive Piston Plug Delivery System

The Simpson Strong-Tie® Adhesive Piston Plug Delivery System offers an easy-to-use, more reliable method for dispensing adhesive into drilled holes. The system can be used for threaded rod and rebar dowel installations at overhead, upwardly inclined and horizontal orientations. The matched tolerance design between the piston plug and drilled hole virtually eliminates the formation of voids and air pockets during adhesive dispensing. A barbed end provides a reliable connection to the flexible extension tubing, which is available in 25-foot-long rolls that can be cut to the required length.

The Adhesive Piston Plug Delivery System is suitable for use with all Simpson Strong-Tie® anchoring adhesives and adhesive retaining caps. To learn more, visit strongtie.com/pistonplug.

Make Your Emergency Plan for
National Preparedness Month

September is National Preparedness Month, an annual awareness event sponsored by FEMA. The National Preparedness campaign encourages people to take action by making emergency preparedness plans with their families and communities. Each week during the month of September, the campaign focuses on helping people plan for floods, wildfires, hurricanes and power outages, leading up to National PrepareAthon! Day on September 30. More than 20 million people have participated in preparedness activities since the start of the campaign.
