Changing Your Simpson Strong-Tie Password with Okta
  1. Go to https://strongtie.okta.com
  2. Login with your current Username and Password
  3. Once you log in, look in the upper right hand corner, click on your name and select Settings
  4. On the right hand side, use the Change Windows Password section to set an new password.
Important! Please ensure that all your devices are immediately configured with your new password. This includes all iPhones, iPads, phones/tablets and laptops used to access Simpson Strong-Tie resources.

If old credentials are left on devices, there is a high risk of account lockout.
